Pre-qualification conditions: 1) applicants must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, D.C., Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, 2) currently be employed by the Federal government or one of our employer clients; and borrowers must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents.
