As an example, a $2,000 loan in Texas: Finance charge of $314.81, origination fee $25, repayable in 24biweekly pmts, interest rate of 29.90%, APR 32.75%, and installments of $97.
6. Pre-qualification conditions: 1) applicants must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, D.C., Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, 2) currently be employed by the Federal government or one of our employer clients; and borrowers must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents.
7. If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) provides you certain rights and choices regarding how we collect, share, use, and protect your “personal information” and how you can exercise those rights.
