I don't remember my passcode.

Your passcode is a 6-digit numerical code that you selected during the account activation process.

If you cannot remember which 6-digit passcode you selected, you can reset it by clicking on the Forgot your Passcode link and following the instructions on the screen.  We will need to confirm your identity by asking you to input a code that will be sent to your phone via SMS.
