WALKTHROUGH - USPS PAYROLL LOGIN ISSUES
Some USPS employees have been experiencing issues logging into their USPS payroll account (PostalEase/LiteBlue). This is preventing some of our customers from setting up or even updating their allotments.
If you are experiencing this issue, please ask them to try the following.
- Log in to PostalEase from a USPS network: Customers will need to be at a USPS facility using their employee wifi.
- If option 1 does not work, log in to PostalEase using a supervisor’s computer. Supervisor must be logged into the network first.
- If options 1 and 2 don’t work, clear the browser’s cache and cookies, and then try again. Sometimes after updates, old data on in the cache will prevent the website from working*
- If none of the options work, please contact your HR supervisor for an update on the issue at your site.
