Can I mail in a check to pay off my loan?

Absolutely! If you want to pay off your loan by mail, you can mail a check to our office at the following address:

Please note the following details about mailing in your check:

Delivery Time: The check should be received between 10-14 business days of being sent.*

Processing Time: Your payment will be posted within 30 days of being received.

Balance Consideration: The balance of the loan on the date the check is received will be used for processing.**

*Given that it takes approximately 14 days for the check to be received, we recommend that you request your official payoff amount from our Financial Department with this in mind. This will help ensure that your payment covers any potential balance changes during the delivery time.

**Although your check may not reflect on your account for up to 30 days, you will only be responsible for the balance of your loan on the date the check was received.

If it's been over 30 days since you sent us your check, please provide a tracking number and someone with review your account.
