1. Loans made by BlincLoans, INC and OneBlinc, LLC, subject to loan approval, terms and conditions.

5. Fixed simple interest rate based upon state, ranging between 23.0% to 44.9% per year, and maximum APR 49.9%. Loans do not require repayment in full in 60 days or less from the loan issue date, minimum 12 biweekly payments and maximum 84 biweekly payments. Biweekly and monthly payments depending on payroll calendar. One-time fee ranging from $0-$88.90¹ added to loan; loan amounts ranging from $1,000-$6,000 (depending on applicant's state of residence). As an example, a $2,000 loan in Texas: Finance charge of $314.81, origination fee $25, repayable in 24biweekly pmts, interest rate of 29.90%, APR 32.75%, and installments of $97.
6. Pre-qualification conditions: 1) applicants must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, D.C., Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, 2) currently be employed by the Federal government or one of our employer clients; and borrowers must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents.
7. If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) provides you certain rights and choices regarding how we collect, share, use, and protect your “personal information” and how you can exercise those rights.
